These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of logicblendl.com (“Website”) and the enrollment/purchase process for advanced driving coaching services offered by logicblendl.com (PE). By using the Website or submitting an enrollment request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services and enrollment

We provide advanced driving coaching services. Course format, schedule, and applicable requirements may vary by program and availability. Any time estimates, training outcomes, or performance expectations are informational and not guaranteed.

If you submit a request through the Website, we may contact you to confirm details. Availability and final acceptance are subject to scheduling and our internal processing.

3. Outcomes; no guarantees

Driving coaching depends on many factors, including your prior experience, effort, attendance, and local conditions. While we use professional methods, we do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific result (e.g., passing an exam, specific test scores, or any particular driving behavior).

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, logicblendl.com is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to provide accurate information, failure to follow coaching instructions, or third-party actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

5. Consumer information (UA)

If you request or purchase services online, you have the right to information enabling a conscious choice and identification of the business and contract terms.
